1. Login to the System


Step 1: Open BIB PORTAL on your browser (Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox or Google
Chrome).
If you don’t have BIB PORTAL link on your pc, type the following URL address on your browser
address bar
http://10.1.11.19/portal/

Bib Portal page will display as follows:

Just click on BIB SUPPORT SYSTEM link which will take you to BIB Support System
home page and browse the module you want using right and left arrow button.

Click the right arrow button it will display the following page

If you are new user to this system use Reset Password Module to set your own password
rather using default password (123456). After you reset your password select the module
you want.

A security page, asking your credentials, will be displayed whenever you click on one of the
module provided and allow you to use if you are authorized to use that specific module. This
indicates that your user id might not authorized to access all the modules designed in the
system.

Enter your USER ID in USER ID text box and enter Default password in password textbox then click login button.

After you Click Login Button the requested page will displayed.

2. Reset Password

Enter Your Finacle User ID


Enter Your Branch Code
Set Your New Password
Confirm Your Password

Click On Submit Button

After you reset and get success message you can login to the system by new password and
access the modules allowed to your user role.
NB: User that doesn’t have Finacle User ID cannot able to access this system.

3. CIF Management
3.1: Click CIF ID Tab from BIB SUPPORT SYSTEM module list and enter your credentials in
the security window.

Enter USER ID and Password and click login button, if your user id is valid and correct password it
will display the following page

After the CIF Management page is displayed Enter CIF ID whether it is Retail or Corporate
CIF and click Submit Button.

The system displays information about your CIF status, whether it is verified or not,
dedup stack or draft, by whom it was created.

If not verified enter the verifier user id (other than maker id) and click submit button.

The CIF id will automatically jump dedup stack and also assigned to you user id for
verification and then you can proceed to CRM and verify using CRM Entity queue.

After clicking submit button the following page will displayed

This module is work for both Retail and Corporate CIF ID and the steps are the
same for all CIF.

4. Change Phone Number


Click Account Phone Tab

Enter Account Number in to the Account Number Text box and click Submit
Button, the system will display the account holder cif id and old phone number.

Now Enter New phone Number in to New Phone No text Box and click Change Number
Button. The format should be like 09—nnnnnnn.

NB: Phone No change Tab is used only to change old phone to new phone not for new
phone number insertion for the CIF ID. In that case you should edit your CIF in CRM
and add new phone number record.

5. User ID Management

Click Users tab on the system

 Insert Locked User ID and click UNLOCK button if user Id is locked after
trying to attempt three times.
 Insert Logged User ID and click UNLOCK button i f Finacle displays
Already logged in error message when trying to login to Finacle.

NB: This User ID Tab module is authorized only by Branch Chief Casher, Accountant,
Manager and Ass Manager Users.

6. View Pending Issue


Click View Pending Issue tab. This module is designed to show you TT Issue and
realization pending, Cheque and CPO unverified pending when issue and transfer,
unverified account and pending referrals that block EOD operations.

Enter your Branch code and select pending Category from selection box and Click
Submit button to display pending issue in your branch.

NB: After viewing this pending issues please take appropriate action to remove this
pending problem or communicate with ISD, because this may block your branch.

7. View Account Balance


This module is used to view balance of any account whether Finacle system is availebel
or not. To use just Click on View Balance Tab

Enter account number and click View balance button

8. Account Search
Click Account Search tab. Used to search customer account just by providing first
letter of Customer’s First name, Middle name, and Last name in specific branch or
entire in the bank.

Enter your branch code and select pending Category from selection box and click
Submit button to display pending issue in your branch.
Enter customer First Name First character
Enter customer Middle Name First character
Enter customer Last Name First character
Enter Branch Code this field is optional if you want to search accounts for
Specific branch enter branch code otherwise leave as blank to search accounts in entire
bank.

9. Transaction Inquiries
Click Transaction Inquiry Tab. This Module is used for Branch Operation
Directorate for their day to day Transaction follow up in the Bank.

NB: Transaction Inquiry tab is only for Branch operation.
