A Major Scale has a distinct pattern of 8 notes that span an octave. The most common is the major scale.
The easiest major scale is C major, as it uses only the white notes on the keyboard from one C to the next.
All MAJOR scales use the following pattern between the notes:
The tones are marked with the square bracket and T; while the semitones are marked with a slur and an S.
