Projects Description
Scope

Project calls for the construction of a 220 meter-tall building in Achrafieh. It is vying to
become the tallest building in Beirut and will be 25 meters taller than Sama Beirut, which
currently holds the record.

It will be a high-rise tower with three sub-sections: A hotel, branded residences, and private
residential apartments. The four-star hotel will have 120 rooms. The tower will have 8B + G
+ 50 above-ground floors. The total floor area is 35,000 square meters.

The 40 branded residences will have areas ranging between 40 and 180 square meters. The
tower will include a spa and a healthcare center.

Schedule

Construction works have already started. It will be completed in at least two years.

No hotel management company has yet been assigned.
