 All distance is calculated in Kilometers(KM) under the prefix of 0.5.e.g 1.5Km not 1.4km.
 Distance is evaluated through Google Maps from rider’s exact pickup point to exact
destination.
 There is no responsibility of company for any cash exchange on non-cash trips.
 All the charges ( Tolls, Parking Fees, Airport Fees, wait time charges) are under the ambit of
the company policies. Rider is exempted to pay charges on the spot.The charges are
ultimately included to rider’s fare.
 All Customers ( Gold, Platinum) are able to clear their dues till 5 th of every month, Otherwise
company reserves the right to suspend rider’s operational rides and security fees will be
freezed.
 Security fee will be refunded after the clearance of all arrears within 2 business days.
 Extra stop charges will be paid to the company’s driver at the end of the ride.(Only for Gold
Customers).
 For new riders from inception their payment method is weekly basis and automatically
converted to monthly basis after first month.
 All customers are bounded to inform the company three days prior to change their daily
schedule.
 Riders are only charged for their operational rides not for any null ride.
