Subject: Order To Initiate Criminal Proceeding Through Local PS Against Mr. Muhammad Afzal
And His Son Muhammad Youssef.

Respected Sir,

1. That complainant named Azizan Bibi(‫ )عزی زہ بی بی‬W/O Muhammad Ramzan is a permanent
resident of Village Naiwala Thesil Porowa District DIKhan and belong a underprivileged family
work as daily wages labor.
2. That Complainant has 5 children one daughter and 4 sons but daughter is of age approximately
20 years old; the said daughter had got a love affair with Mr. Youssef S/O Muhammad Afzal and
that matter was not in the knowledge of her parents and suddenly one day dated___________
Mr. Youssef S/O Muhammad Afzal had taken away her from my house with bad intentions and
latterly they got married
3. That complainant on the same day approached to local police and lodge a complaint against
Mr. Youssef S/O Muhammad Afzal about the incident later on a FIR U/S – 496A lodged against
him then he was arrested by the police and after the necessary proceeding before the
honorable Judicial Magistrate Court Mr. Youssef S/O Muhammad Afzal is free now.
4. That complainant after sometime 20/11/2020 went to the house of Muhammad Afzal in the
evening to meet her only girl child who has been living with Muhammad Youssef in wed lock
since __________ in their house situated at Mosa Town DIKhan; when complainant was
entered in the house at that time Mr. Muhammad Afzal and His Son Muhammad Youssef
assault her by punches, slaps, kicks and drag her from house to street and threaten her if don’t
stay away from her child and our house otherwise her family will bear harsh consequences in
future.
5. That complainant after said event approached local Police Station which is Canntt PS in its
jurisdiction Mosa Town is situated; on complainant’s pointation Canntt PS arrested both of the
accuse and later on release them on local sureties, subsequently accuses were once again
 release from Police custody and bound by Judicial Magistrate Court Concerned U/S – 107 CrPC
to avoid breach of Peace.
6. That complainant time and again requested police station official to take me to hospital for
medical examination because complainant was feeling pain in her hand, arm and shoulder but
Police station official refused her for the sake that there is no active blood and complainant is
not an unconscious state.
7. That complainant is humbly praying and requested to this esteem office to pass strictly
direction to local PS i-e Canntt PS to lodge FIR against Mr. Muhammad Afzal and His Son
Muhammad Youssef on charges of Assault and Harass a woman and also deprive her to meet
her only girl child which is living with her husband in a compromised situation.
8. That complainant should not be deprived to meet her child forcibly by Mr. Muhammad Afzal
and His Son Muhammad Youssef, and there is no power and law on earth to disadvantage a
mother from her child.

It is humbly prayed and requested to Police high-ups to lodge FIR against accuses and put them behind
the bars and bring them to court of law by penalizing accuses to deliver justice to a mother and her girl
child who living with her husband in a compromised situation. That complainant is in a hope that this
honorable forum will admit her application.
