Work absenteeism app

Our idea is to create an application where we can control and continuously monitor the
different companies that we are working with. Where through this application we can place
the reasons for absenteeism that are presented daily in a company or workday and thus once
the information is collected we can obtain the results of what is the reason with which
absenteeism occurs most frequently, in this way We can take action on the matter and
reduce this through advice and training, find a way to identify which activities are being
carried out and which are causing this type of absenteeism.

If a timely intervention is not carried out in a medium-term time, the consequences and
problems for both the company and the employee will be seen, because production will be
affected by presenting absenteeism by some employees and by part of the person since
depending on the type of absenteeism it can present problems such as skeletal muscle, work
stress, depression through risks such as ergonomics, biomechanical risk, physical risk,
psychosocial risk among others.
With this new application, we want to generate a great impact for both micro-enterprises
and large industries, since it is a project that would benefit the entire population and
generate more confidence in the employee, seeing that in one way or another, the quality of
life of them and that generates greater confidence when working. It is not only worrying
about carrying out and fulfilling the proposed tasks during the working day, but also
guaranteeing a timely and effective work environment since excellent production is defined
there.

It must be taken into account that absences, poor punctuality when working can be
accompanied by different factors which can generate negative impacts both for the
company and for other colleagues, when presenting if you do not have a timely and
adequate justification , otherwise it will be detected as a serious offense of them which is
generated by other factors where it must be treated immediately since all this can cause
demotivation and disengagement with the company, apart from that discounts on their
salary since they do not comply with the hours established during the employment contract.
Also through this application we want to generate responsibility, love for the work that is
developed and apart from that to be able to enforce the capsules that are established in the
employment contract, which you agree to comply with at the time you sign it.
