Hotel hygiene standards are maintained as per our Rest Assured initiative, in

CHAUFFEUR ON ARRIVAL
Should you ask for a chargeable (unless specified otherwise) airport pickup on arrival, the chauffeur and car details
will be sent to you via sms, one hour before the expected time of arrival of the flight. Please note: Delivery of the sms is
subject to the telecom service provider's network.
Please note: The chauffeur pick-up point for guests who arrive at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Terminal (T1)
is Gate number 7 and Terminal(T3) is Main Arrival Hall.
IDENTITY PROOF
In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to
present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can
present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or
voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations,
if you have made a corporate booking.
NO SMOKING
The Government of India has introduced a ‘no smoking’ rule for hotels, restaurants and all public places. This means
smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated guest rooms and demarcated smoking areas.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Requests for a specific bed type or a smoking room preference will be subject to availability at the time of check-in.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT POLICY
Our check-in time is 2 pm and our check-out time is 12 noon. If you want to check-in early or sleep in and check-out
late, we will be happy to oblige, subject to availability and at a nominal additional charge.
We will be happy to confirm group reservations against a signed agreement with an advance (as mentioned in the
Advance Payment Policy) or on receipt of valid credit card details, with a signed authorization form.
· # of rooms being cancelled/no-shows X 1 night X applicable daily rate per room, including taxes. In addition,
should any participants check out early, retention will be charged for those nights booked, now being released due
to the early check out.
In case there is any no-show or a cancellation/amendment (in part or full), within 7 days or less from the date of the
conference/event, a cancellation charge, of 50% of the total billing i.e. 50% of {number of people X applicable per head
rate, including taxes}, will be charged.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS
· On account of new regulations, until further notice, all Food and Beverage services are limited to set/select
menus. Please note, buffet services are also temporarily discontinued
· As per instructions from the Government authorities regarding the containment of COVID-19, we are closing
the swimming pools, gymnasiums and spas across all our hotels, till further notice. We regret the inconvenience
caused
· Operation and timings of all food and beverage outlets, the business center and meeting facilities will be
defined by the property, and can be confirmed at the Front Desk
COVID-19 UPDATE
In view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we have re-defined our processes and house rules to ensure the safety and
wellbeing of all our guests and team members. Key points include:
• All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas and to sanitise or wash their hands frequently.
Masks will be available for purchase at the Front Desk
• The team is maintaining appropriate hygiene standards and wearing gloves and masks, in all areas,
throughout their shift
• Rooms will only be given on single occupancy, or double occupancy for family members. Triple occupancy
and extra beds will not be allowed
• Temperature checks will be conducted every time a guest, team member or vendor enters the property. Should
the temperature be higher than 99 degrees, along with other symptoms, including but not limited to coughing,
sneezing and shortness of breath, entry to the property will be denied and the guest will be provided with the
details of the nearest hospital or healthcare facility
• All guests must download the Aarogya Setu mobile application. Guests are advised not to visit containment
zones
• At the time of check-in, guests will be required to submit a self-declaration form and share their travel history
for the 20 days prior to arrival
• A complete set of house rules will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email, prior to and on arrival, which must be
strictly adhered while on the premises
• Management reserves the rights of admission and refusal of service for guests not following social
distancing, cleanliness and hygiene norms and the house rules
