2. THE TURTLE

Once upon a time, there was a contest in the Woods. All the animals were very excited to
participate, but the turtle felt sad because he thought it was too slow, so he had a great idea. He
found the hare that was the fastest of all and made a proposal to her, he told her that when she
felt tired, she should carry it on her shoulder in order to move a little further while the other
animals caught up with her again. He also told him that they could carry food on their shell so
that they could carry food on their shell so that they would not be hungry the hare accepted and
so they walked quickly for five days and the turtle managed to arrive on time with the other
animals.
