Tech Tip: The T1 and T2 connection can be used in any application that the
control panel or 3rd party application can provide a latched closure.

Tech Tip: The use of the T1 and T2 connection is required in the NEO v1.0 –
v1.2 panels due to the changes that were made in the voltage
patterns of the bell circuit of those panels.

Assumed parameters:
The HSM2204 is module #1 (representing PGM's 5 - 8)
PGM5 will be set up as power (resettable power) to the PRM-2W
PGM6 will be used as the fire alarm trigger for the PRM-2W
Zone 1 of the main panel is programmed as Standard 24-Hour Fire

Tech Tip: Quick programming hint:


In the Toggle Sections, you can press the toggle number to
advance to the desired question and automatically change the
answer.

For Example: Enter Section [010] Subsection {006} and press:


5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7

Each number entered will drop you to the question and change
the answer automatically to the opposite status.
(e.g. ‘N’ to ‘Y’ or ‘Y’ to ‘N’)

Verify each questions is ‘N’ as you toggle through the list of


event options; leaving True Output (1) and Fire Alarm (3) as ‘Y’.

Pressing ‘9’ while in the Toggle Section changes the screen to Toggle Options 9 – 16;

Where option (1) = Option 9, (2) = Option 10, (3) = Option 11, (4) = Option, etc.

Tech Tip: The HSM2204 will support up to 1000mA of supervised power.

Tech Tip: The HSM2204 PGM’s will support up to 500mA per PGM.

Tech Tip: The HSM2204 supervises the AC and DC of the unit and will
produce a trouble if the AC is lost or DC is low/lost.
