SUBJECT : ADDITIONAL AUTHORITY OF COLLECTION OFFICERS

In the interest of the service and pursuant to the provisions of existing

laws, the Collection Officers duly designated by the Secretary of Justice to collect
fees imposed under Department Circular No. 060 dated 05 October 2012 shall
also have authority to collect fees paid as proceeds from disposal/sale at public
auction of unserviceable properties.

All Collection officers are reminded to deposit intact all their

collections daily or not later than the next banking day.
