Otherwise, a potential MCT either sits an evaluation/train-the-trainer session or is waived if
they have teaching skills.
The MCT applicant will be evaluated by one of our two independent consultants:
Mrs. Marie-Rose De Winter or Mr. Francis Gastmans (Dialogue Learning Center).
If the candidate passes the evaluation, he/she will directly send a copy of his evaluation
certificate to the RESC.
In the case the evaluation is waived, the Belgium + Luxembourg T&C Manager is the only
person able to create a certificate.
The T&C manager receives a copy of all evaluation forms given by the consultants and can
be contacted if there is any doubt about the validity of the certificate.
In addittion RESC will receive an official letter from Microsoft Bulgaria verifying the skills
assessment for candidate.
Skills assessed by a committee of experts from CPLSs and freelance trainers.
MCT candidates will present to a local evaluation board.
RESC will receive an official letter from Microsoft Crotia verifying the skills assessment for
candidate.
