Creating extended address mnmonics

Extended address mnemonics are created with the bitgen "genMnemonic" command.
For example, the following command will create a random 24 word
mnemoic with the corresponding extended address (xprv):

$ bitgen genMnemonic random

It is possible to use fewer than 24 words, the values 12, 15, 18, 21 and 24 are
possible.
In that case the number of words should be specified directly after
the genMnemonic command, for example:

$ bitgen genMnemonic 12 random

This will generate a mnmonic with 12 words instead of 24.

However, for security reasons 24 words are adviced instead of
a lower number. Mnemonics are normally generated infrequently,
and handling a few extra words is quickly done.

Mnemonics for extend addresses can be created with the normal bitgen
generation methods: random, dice, hex, hash. Also mnemonic inputs are
supported with the generation method "mnemonic". This can be used to document
an already created mnemonic. For example, the following commands will
generate the xpr/xpub for the given mnemonic:

$ bitgen genMnemonic mnemonic "must zoo master scissors wreck ugly vanish fetch
caught address divert journey sleep scorpion damage uncle magnet food unknown
ribbon forget orchard wrestle ring"

$ bitgen genMnemonic mnemonic "federal loud rail garbage enlist ecology betray
elephant airport float jewel hamster"

When the generation methods hash, hex or dice is used the corresponding random data
should be provided.

For example, the following command line generates a mnemonic from the hash of the
provided random data:

$ bitgen genMnemonic hash

An optional name can be specified for a generated extended mnemonic. This is

with the keyword "name" followed by a text string, for example:
