supplementary curriculum and has a negative effect on the job satisfaction of a teacher,
which decreases their teaching motivation which will affect also to students
performance

● The aim is to teach students to conduct their own scientific studies and thereby gain
scientific knowledge for themselves. Thus it matters most in science education, practical
work plays a vital role.
