In the R chart, there is no sign of being out of control. Therefore, the variability of the process is in
control. However, In X, we can see that points tend to congregate to the centerline, which can be a
warning to changing more. The aggregation may show that the control limitation was mismeasured or
the variability within the sample is a poor measure of the process variability.
