Scope of Work

a. Competency in managing and administering Linux base OS such as Redhat, Centos, Oracle
b. Able to plan and execute system backup and restoration
c. Able to provision users, roles and permission to appropriate system, Webserver, DB, Log, files etc
d. Able to install and implement basic enterprise services, Webserver, DB, LDAP, Mail, Cron job
e. Able to plan and execute the preventive maintenance (House keeping) and Corrective Maintenance (OS patches, Restart

a. Competency in managing and administrating Oracle, MariaDB, MSSQL, soliddb


b. Responsible in planning and development of databases, managing the security and disaster recovery aspects of a database.
c. Responsible in executing Data backup, restore and capacity planning of database
d. Administer the performance, integrity and security of database.
e. Responsible for troubleshooting any DB related issues
f. Communicate regularly with applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security
g. Manage, monitor and control user access to databases
h. Support in data migration and cleansing activities for extraction and correction

a. Manages all aspect of IT software and license, inlcuding software license management and compliance, license support agre
subscription, SSL certificates and renewal of the licenses
b. Track all software licenses, produce compliance reports and recommend actions to ensure compliancy is met

a. Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the email, phone or ticketing system
b. Perform troubleshooting for users' hardware or software issue, and escalation to vendor for any unresolved issue that requ
further diagnostics
c. Guiding users with the problem-solving process, including preparing of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guideline for Us
reference
d. Record events, problems and the resolution process in logs or ticketing system
e. Update and provide accurate information on IT assets or services through a provided platform
f. Broadcast any planned/unplanned system maintenance downtime or incidents to stakeholders

a. Monitor the performance and capacity of the systems using the provided online platform
b. Diagnose and troubleshoot the alert incident by coordinating with relevant stakeholder within the SLA
c. Carefully track and document all issues and resolutions in details
d. Assign new monitoring to any new application or server implemented by Imagine
e. Ensuring that all monitoring agent are implemented according to the set of naming convention provided by the IT
f. Perform monitoring agent update to all nodes
g. Raise support ticket to monitoring platform for any issues encountered in the platform system
a. Analyse existing system for security and ensuring it meets the need requirement of the oranization
b. Analyse business requirements to identify the optiomal solutions such as new hardware, OS, connectivity, etc
c. Recommend alternative technologies or improvements that can enhance information system and support organizational go
d. Develop and document the proposed technical design for the integration and implementation of any new solutions
e. Create detailed plans for the integration of new systems architecture into existing infrastructure
f. Evaluating the project, identify best practices, and provide feedback
