JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT
OF GOLDILOCKS

I, GOLDILOCKS, Filipino, of legal age and with mailing address at

Gold St., Goldy Pond Homes, Quezon City, state under oath as follows:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me is ATTY. PRINCE CHARMING, with

office address at 15th Floor, Kingdom Hall, Ever After Castle, Far Far Away.
I am answering his questions fully conscious that I do so under oath and
may face criminal liability for false testimony and perjury, which taking was
done in English which I clearly speak and understand and that the other
information or requirements of Sec. 3, A.M. 12-8-8-SC as explained to me by
the administering officer, hereby deposes and states as follows:

1. Q: Please state your name and other personal circumstances for the
records.
A: I am Goldilocks, of legal age, single and resides at Goldy St., Goldy
Pond Homes, Quezon City.

2. Q: Are you the same Goldilocks, who is charge of this case?
A: Yes, ma’am.

3. Q: Where were you in the morning of October 1, 2020?

A: I was on my way to run errands.

4. Q: On such errand, did you happen to come by the house of the

bears in the woods?
A: I passed by their house in the middle of the woods but I did not know
that it was the house of the bears.

5. Q: Is it true that you trespassed on their home?

A: I did enter without permission but only because their door was not
locked and so I welcomed myself in and looked around the house.

6. Q: And did you eat their porridge and finish that of Little Wee
Bear’s?
A: I took liberty in tasting their porridge and unintentionally finished a
bowl but I was not aware whose it was.

7. Q: You also caused the destruction of the chair of Little Wee Bear?
A: I did try to sit on the chairs in the house and one of them was damaged
in the process but only because it was old it would have given out sooner
or later. I was not aware whose chair it was.

8. Q: And when confronted with these actions you fled the scene and
absconded on your responsibilities?
A: I did runaway but only because I was surprised and intimidated by the
presence of the bears when I woke up. My first instinct was towards
self-preservation. I did not intentionally abscond on my
responsibilities.

9. Q: Have you tried to make amends with petitioners after the

incident?
A: No. I have not made contact with any of them since the incident.
