position piqued my interest and I believe that with my skills and experience, I would be a great

experience as a sales advisor where my strong communication skills and people-centric nature
served an excellent role in building connections with customers, which I believe is a strong
foundation at Starbucks. Last summer, I spent 5 weeks training at the Baristas Training Program
where I collaborated with other members and learned important skills such as customer
service, active listening, and conflict resolution. Some of the certifications I earned from the
program include: FoodSafe, Serving it Right, and SuperHost.
