Narrative Report: School Report Card S.Y.

2020-2021

As stipulated in DepEd Memorandum – PHROD – 2021: Guidelines on

the Implementation of the Results-based Performance Management System
for School Year 2020-2021, where the School Report Card (SRC) is one of the core
components of the School-Based Management thrust of the Department of
Education (DepEd). The SRC is prepared by the school year 2020-2021 to further
strengthen shared governance through the increased awareness and stronger
participation of the community and other stakeholders in making the school a better
place for learning.
 In line with this and in accordance with DepEd Order No. 23, s. 2016 entitled
School Calendar for School Year, all schools are advised for the Implementation of
the SRC. Dapdap Integrated School conducted the School Report Card (SRC) online
and onsite at DIS Covered Court on May 17, 2021, first day of the two-day SRC
presentation. The first day is intended for the parents of elementary students in
which it is also their schedule of the distribution and retrieval of SLM’s. The said
event was also attended by the PTA officers, GPTA officers, SSG representative,
DIS Teachers and with the total of 89 participants.
SRC started at 9:00 in the morning right after the flag ceremony. Safety and
health protocols are highly observed in the entire event. The new normal education
in DIS is well presented in the video. Same with the Process of Printed Modular
Distance Learning, the school profile is being updated from the total number of
enrollments, the numbers of teaching personnel, health status, funding source and
awards.
Indeed, the client’s feedback and satisfaction rating summary revealed the
success of the event where 93.26 % of the participants expressed their satisfaction
in the SRC.
Despite pandemic the DIS remains its mantra, “Luntiang Dapdap Nagsisikap
para sa Matayog na Pangarap”.

Labis na nakakatuwa ang malinaw at maliwanag na presentasyon
