THIS PETITION IS BASED ON EVIDENCE OBTAINED FROM THE FOLLOWING WITNESSES: aa 7 PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT: Petitioner, Deputy District Attorney Gregory M. Warner, bases this Petition on Salt Lake City Police Department case number 05-56514, and states on information and belief as follows: On or about April 7, 2005, in Salt Lake County, State of Utah, the Juvenile Defendant. Terrence T Vos, was observed by three victims discharging a 9 mm handgun which expelled five rounds or five shoots in the direction of the vehicle such victims were riding in. Three bullet holes where observed in the victims’ vehicle together with a flat tire and five shell casings where located by personnel from the Salt Lake City Police DepartmentPETITION in the interest of TERENCE TRENT VOS DA No. 5007392 Page 3 The Juvenile Defendant, Terrence T Vos, has been positively identified by the use of a photo spread lineup as the shooter in the above-noted incident by one of the victims and the Salt Lake City Police Department is in the process of setting up photo spread lineups with the other victims.
