ALICE A. AREJOLA, of legal age, widowed, residing at 3313 Lawin Street, Rhoda Subdivision,
Anos, Los Baños, Laguna; 

JAMIE G. AREJOLA, of legal age, single, residing at 619 Bagong Lipunan St. Brgy Sta Sta
Cruz, Naga City; 

WITNESSETH, that: 

WHEREAS, the above-named parties are the sole heirs of the deceased ANTONIO
AREJOLA who died on November 15, 2010 at NILOROA Hospital, Naga City, copy of his
death certificate is hereto attached as Annex “A”; 

WHEREAS, ANTONIO AREJOLA, who died intestate, without Will or Testament, and
without any outstanding debts in favor any person or entity; 

WHEREAS, ANTONIO AREJOLA is the absolute and registered owner of four parcels
of land located in Barrio of Mataoroc, Municipality of Minalabac Province of Camarines Sur,
covered by Transfer Certificate No. 33499; Transfer Certificate No. 33496; Transfer Certificate
No. 33498; Transfer Certificate No; 33500; and Transfer Certificate No. 33487, respectively, of
the Registy of Deeds of Province of Camarines Sur and more particularly described as follows:

described above, in equal shares.

FURTHER, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS


(Php 2,000.000.00), Philippine Currency, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged in full
sum from ______________________ legal age, Filipino, and with residence address at
_____________________________________ we do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, CONVEY
and DELIVER, by way of ABSOLUTE SALE, unto ________________________ their heirs
assigns and successors in interest the property above described with all the improvements
existing thereon;

That we hereby warrant our valid title to and peaceful possession of the property herein
sold and conveyed and further declares that the same is free and clear of all liens and
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever.
