This study aims to determine the barriers affecting distance learning and how it
influences the quality of education experienced among Grade-12 HUMSS students in
Talamban National High School in School Year 2020-2021.

Specifically , the study seeks to answer the following questions:

1.1. Age
1.2 Gender
1.3 Learning Modality chosen

2.) What are the Barriers that affects distance Learning in Gr.12 in terms of:
2.1. Technological
2.2 Individual
2.3 household
2.4 Institutional
2.5 Community

3.) How does the barriers influence the education of Gr.12 HUMSS students

3. Formulate your hypothesis based on the statement of the problem.


Ho1: The barriers affecting distance learning do affect the quality education experienced
among Gr.12 HUMSS students in Talamban National High School.

Ho2: The barriers affecting distance learning does not affect the quality education
experienced among Gr.12 HUMSS students in Talamban National High School.

4. Write at least 2 assumptions of the study regarding the major variables.

The following assumptions are enumerated by the researchers:


1. The barriers experienced by Gr.12 students differ by their choice of learning modalities
and the environment of their household or community.

2. Barriers can be mitigated by students by talking first with their Parents or Guardians and
2nd by communicating with their teachers or school staff to resolve the barriers.
