We refer to your discussions with us in respect of the outstanding amount due and payable by you on your
above credit card account. We hereby agree to issue No Dues Certificate in respect of the above credit
card subject to realization of payments as detailed above.
Please take note that No Dues Certificate shall be issued by the bank only upon realization of the above
amounts on or before the tenure completion from the dates specified as above and no cheque payment
shall be acceptable towards any of the above payments after the 25th of any calendar month. (Any
amounts due and payable after the 25th of the calendar month shall be payable in cash).
This undertaking to issue will be rendered null and void upon failure on your part to fulfill your obligation
to the extent agreed above. In such event, all or any waivers granted to you under this agreement shall
stand withdrawn/revoked and the amounts payable by you will be the total outstanding as due and
reflecting on the bank's records.
Upon fulfillment of the terms and conditions as laid down in this letter, clear status of your card account
will be updated in CIBIL as per the relevant guidelines laid down by Reserve Bank of India and/or as per
the provisions of the Credit Information Companies Regulation Act as amended from time to time and
your card is invalidated for further usage
