 Providing program management expertise and oversight of large software implementations of Claim Performance
products for the following healthcare Payor clients: Emblem Health, Health Partners MN, Conduent Alaska.
 Directing full scope project management that tracks the progress of the assigned projects ensuring an on schedule,
on budget delivery and ensuring the project team is tracking to Change Healthcare contractual commitment.
 Responsibilities include working closely with assigned clients and the implementation project team, as well as
the relationship management team and the sales department to oversee the effective configuration, project
execution, implementation, and deployment of CXT licensed products. 
 Leading the migration of Emblem Health and Connecticare PPO, HMO, and Medicare lines of business from

 Project Managing the large scale Voyager 2020 migration of Anthem PBM members from the Express Scripts (ESI)
Pharmacy platform to the CVS Health Caremark Pharmacy platform while simultaneously leading the Digital
development effort to add new functionality and features to the CVS Health platform resulting in a highly enhanced
member experience.
 Project is a joint multiple work stream joint venture between Anthem and CVS being run utilizing a combination of
Agile and Waterfall methodologies delivering over 60 new member capabilities with a total budget of over $100M.
 Scope of PBM Member Migration – 15.5M members across 126,266 accounts (NASCO, Medicare, Medicaid,
WGS, CHIPS, ISG, Central FACETS) will be migrated in 5 waves between 5/1/19 and 1/1/20.
 Successfully migrated 8.7M members to the new platform with minimal member abrasion as of 8/15/19.
 Leading and managing project activities for the new Anthem Stand Alone Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
Solution, (IngenioRx), scheduled to begin roll-out on 1/1/2020. Product expected to serve over 15M Anthem
members as well as multiple millions of new members as the IngenioRx business grows.

 Oversaw project team tasks and activities for the Care Link Enhanced Functionality (CLEF) initiative to automate
