Your Mandala Experience Screen
You are now ready to begin!

1. Here, you can see which day of the


mandala you are currently in.
2. The practices you have to do for the
day are available here.
3. You can use this area to join your
practice session and check off your
self practice.
4. Once completed, these will be
checked off for the day.
5. You will keep coming back to this
screen every day to join sessions and
check progress.
Guided practice (1)
1. Guided practice sessions are sessions
guided by Ishangas (Isha Yoga
instructors).
2. Sessions begin every 30 mins throughout
the day, and open 15 mins prior to
session start time.
3. You will be sent a reminder once the
session you chose is open to join,
4. You can join the session by tapping on
‘Join Now’.
5. If you could not make it for your
scheduled session on a particular day, no
worries! You can join any open session.
Guided practice (2)
1. You will be taken to a ‘Waiting’ screen by
tapping on Join now.
2. Enable Do not Disturb ‘DND’ mode in
your phone before you join the session
to ensure it goes uninterrupted.
3. Once the counter down timer reaches
00:00 the guided session will start.
4. Please make sure to close your eyes and
follow instructions.
5. Kindly do not leave the session while it’s
in progress. You will not be allowed to
rejoin once you exit.
1. Once your session is complete,
Screen is automatically transitioned
to ‘Sadhana report’ with details on
your guided practice.
2. On clicking ‘Done’, you will be taken
back to your Mandala experience
screen.
3. Once complete, Guided practice is
checked off for the day.
Self practice

1. A reminder is sent to you 15 mins


prior to your self practice.
2. If you completed your self-practice,
you can mark it by tapping on the
check area on this screen.
3. Once complete, Self practice is
checked off for the day.
1. Hope this serves as a support for you

2. All you have to do is to ensure both
sessions happen each day during the
40-day Mandala period.
