Multi-grade Teaching

The term "multi-grade teaching" usually refers to a teaching situation in which a teacher
must be responsible for teaching students for more than one grade in the course within a
predetermined time. Schools with multi-year classes are called multi-year classes. In multi-grade
teaching, teachers can use different methods, such as direct observation, peer group student
orientation, classroom teaching, and group learning and supervision methods. A teacher may be
faced with the situation of dealing with two, three or five classes at the same time. In a large
school with a large population, it is difficult to implement a multi-level system. Textbooks used
for instruction only meet the needs of single grade instruction. Schools that practice multi-year
teaching often suffer from insufficient material resources. For seniors to be effective, they must
use good plans and develop teaching strategies specifically for their classrooms. More
importantly, they must be dedicated and willing to work hard to overcome the problems and
quirks of multilevel education.
