Question 1:

You are working in a construction firm as a contract administrator. You have been given a task to
prepare a comprehensive report on different dispute resolution techniques adopted in construction
projects. You should select only “two” techniques according to your own choice. Your report must
contain two sections.

Section 1: Once you finalize two dispute resolution techniques, you are then required to download
minimum 6 published papers (3 papers each for selected techniques) relevant to those selected
dispute resolution techniques. Critically review those downloaded papers and explain the summary
of those papers in your own words.

(Word limit for this section should be minimum 1000 words). Avoid direct copy paste. Write in your
own words.

Section 2: From the two selected dispute resolution techniques, relate them with any real-life project
or explain how you will use them in real life construction projects.
