A woman wears a miniskirt in front of her children and her male relatives

Shaikh Al-Fawzan: It is not permitted for a woman to wear a short dress (or miniskirt) in
front of her children and male relatives (mahrams). She is not to uncover herself in their
presence except with that which is normally exposed from that which does not entail
fitnah (tribulation). She is only to wear short dresses or miniskirts in front of her husband.
