This deed of indemnity executed on this day April 2021 by Resurgent Power
Project Ltd, Represented by its Managing partner _______________________________

Herein after referred to as “Indemnifier”

In Favour of
M/s Krishna Engineering a partnership firm represented by Managing partner Mr.
Siva Kumar Annapurna Dabbir having office at 37-8-1, Manchukonda gardens,Industrial
estate, Visakhapatnam, Herein after referred to as “Indemnified”, Witnesseth:

The indemnifier purchased Plot No. B-3 with an extent of 750 Sq.yds together with
structures therein, under registered sale deed dated 25.01.2006 vide document
No.198/2006, which was executed by M/s Engineers Erectors Pvt.Ltd represented by its
Director Sri P.Venkat Sai. The said Engineers Erectors purchased above property from
Gunda Samba Siviah under sale deed registered by document No.1993/1997.The Said
Samba Siviah originally acquired property under a Sale deed dated 04.07.1996 vide
Document No. 1377/1996 executed by APIIC.

The original registered sale deed vide Document No.1377/1996 in the name of G.
Samba Siviah was not delivered to the indemnifier by its vendors.

The indemnifier states that since the date of its purchase of the property in the year
2006 no claim whatsoever was raised by any individual or entity basing on the original
registered sale deed in the name of G. Samba Siviah.

The indemnifier unequivocally declares and states that it shall indemnify and keep
indemnified at all times the Indemnified herein or anyone claiming through indemnifier
incase if any claim of whatsoever nature with regard to above property raised by any person
or entity contending that they are in custody of original registered sale deed dated
04.07.1996 vide document No.1377/1996.
