Introduction
This assignment is all about the different methods to minimize the issues occurs, due to the
dissatisfaction of the customers towards the services or the product of the brand. Instead of
defending the resolutions should be available, which can solve the issue and satisfy the
customers with good customer service and proper information. In the market as a company, the
customer feedback should be under high value, since by the analysis of different customer’s
reviews or feedback of the product or services. The company can rectify the past mistakes, by
deleting the old system or altering old system with the new and technical system, this will enable
the company to build a harmonious relationship with customers and can achieve profit in the
market.

 Successful managers are always familiar, to provide good services, through the
employees.
 Many companies are not successful, in gaining the customer’s feedback or fail to utilize
the information received from the feedback of the customers.
 Observation of the company's employees, where they try to defend the issue occurred by
the customers due to any kind of satisfaction with the product or the services.
 Not studying at all, the strategy and working systems of the competitors in the market.
 The company should always focus on and determine the working procedure and the
advice provided by the marketing team, for the development of the company.

Analysis of facts in the Story


A successful manager plays an important role in the provision of good services, but in any way
good services never means, there will not be any mistakes[ CITATION Rez16 \l 16393 ].
However, a good service means, to provide a great service, with all detailed information about
the product or services. It also involves the attitude of controlling the situation of the issues,
rather than responding or defending the issue. So a successful manager will always, adopt the
methods of immediate resolving the present issue with different ideas, and plan execution,
however, not to encourage the dispute of the problem, will take the necessary steps, for the
improvement in the quality of the products or services.

It is very important for every business company, to operate any means of programs or technique,
to maintain and accumulate the reviews or the feedback of the customers, according to the
product or services offered, by the company. Since feedback or review is very useful information
for the company, to know the requirements of the customers[ CITATION Kim17 \l 16393 ]. So
accordingly, they can modify the quality of the products and services and if necessary, they can
alter the price of the product or service, which will make the company achieve a platform, simple
systems to run with the business strategy of the company without any difficulties.

It is very essential to observe the employees of the company, those who are the front face
representing the company, in the first view of the customers. Proper guides and developing
customer service pieces of training must provide by the authority, to be able to tackle the issues
caused often and to present exact information about the product or services to the customers,
which will encourage in building a peaceful and pleasant relation between the customers, and the
company[ CITATION Coo17 \l 16393 ].

To study or analyze always, the strategy and the system of the business of the competitors is
essential because, it delivers and points out the errors of the company, and provides an exact
solution of the issue, it indicates the company in short time of the upcoming loss in the market.
Difference between a successful, and unsuccessful company due to the competitor's company, in
the story, it states that the Ostrich group adopted the methods of conflict management from its
Competitor Company. It provides methods of quick resolution for the issue occurred, the
necessity, of hard-working employees and well-trained employees[ CITATION Can15 \l
16393 ].

The authority of the company should always keep focusing on the operation operated, by the
marketing team and discussion on the points advised by the marketing department, for the
growth of the business. Since in comparison, this is the department more familiar, with the
feeling and thoughts of the customers. Similarly, in the story, it is stated that Elise and her group,
worked according to the marketing team advised, and organized an open group discussion, where
old customers and noncustomers are invited, for the attraction towards the company. They
offered with particular items, some offered discounts on the purchase and many more attracting
plans and ideas towards the people. The group requested to people, to write a view on why or
why not, they will like to go and purchase from Main Street bakeries, the peoples are also
requested to comment on. What kind and the quality of the company, they want to deal with.
After taking developing steps according to the feedback and review of the people today main
street bakery is one of the favorite food parlors for the peoples.

Feedback for the story


After studying the story, the feedback can be given as, to run a business company only large
investment is not the key to success. However, maintain well-trained and hardworking
employees, with the efficient skill to control immediately any conflict situations, to maintain the
quality of the product and services for the satisfaction of the customers, to analyze the review of
the customers, to rectify the mistakes of the past and to create a good relationship between the
customers. To focus on the marketing team, put and determine their advice to work follow and
study the systems and strategy of the business of the competitors, combination of these entire
factors, will be beneficial for any low running or under developing Business Company.

Recommendation
The best way for any business company will be the analyzing on the review or feedback of the
customers, in accordance with the product or service offered by the company. As the result of the
analyzing will, direct to make to search the issues occurred and the way of a quick solution
regarding that issue. The result will also direct if any, changes required in the quality of the
product or services or any alteration in the price of the product is required. Since in business by
the satisfaction of the customers the company business runs, so there are all positive chances to
achieve success, after proper analysis of the feedback of the customers and if the changes are
made accordingly to the result of the analyze.

Conclusion
From this assignment, it is clear that the factors such as, proper management of the company,
with a genuine manager, who adopt and develop new plans and ideas, for the instant resolution
of any conflict, rather than respond to it. Working under the vision of the company is to satisfy
the customers with the quality to improve the products and services. Study the strategy and
marketing systems of competitors to follow and work on the advice, which is provided by the
marketing team of the company. Moreover, to execute it practically to analyze and work with the
result and the feedback gathered from different types of customers. Attractions toward the new
customers are good to work but old customers are also very important for the company. Since
they will provide the feedback of the products or services that is offered by the company, when
asked by any new customers, this means that a business company should follow all these factors,
in the manner to achieve success in the field of business and building a reputed relation with the
customers.
