    I have taken the property Apartment 49 Honduras Wharf, 14 Summer Lane, Birmingham, B19 3SA

    unseen on the 14/08/2020. I understand and accept that I have not seen the property and agree to
    take the property in the condition as I find it when I move in and that any moneys paid such as
    holding fee and deposit are non-refundable. Please be aware that the move in date can be push back
    dated a few weeks dependant on completion. I also understand that Martin & Co are not liable for
    the condition of the property (i.e. marks on walls, stains on carpets etc.) on move in day and we are
    agreeing to take the property based on any photos/information provided.
