    Dear Ms. Aguirre:

    Greetings!

    Please be informed that you are eligible to the CY2019 CNAI


    amounting to P3,360.00 which the office will be processing for release. Since
    you also share in the COA disallowance per Notice of Disallowance No. 19-
    002-001-(17) dated May 28, 2019 which was appealed by this Office but was
    subsequently denied in the NGS-Cluster 5 Decision No. 2020-021 dated
    September 20, 2020, it will be deducted from that incentive as its partial
    settlement.

    Your share in the disallowance amounts to P45,243.51, hence, the


    incentive that you will be receiving will be fully applied to that disallowance
    as its partial settlement. Please settle the remaining balance of P41,883.51
    up to September 30, 2021.
