- Original H&K drawing material specification was; Reinforced Polyester Molding
Compound SPP 30/N 950 with 30 - 32% Glass Content

 2- Grip House / Pistol Grip

- There are 3 Firearm Platforms and 2 Pistol Grip Types (in total 4)
o ZF5F (base model / old RS) has its’ own type (x2 semi VS auto)
o ZF5P & ZF5K has their own type together (x2 semi VS auto)
- Both Grip House types has semi & full auto configurations (only lettering changes)
- Original H&K drawing material specification was; Ultramid B3 WG7 ( %35 reinforced)

- 9.1.06_Grip House Reinforcement Piece_front has already been designed
- 9.1.07.1_Grip House Reinforcement Piece_back has already designed
- 9.1.07.2_Grip House Reinforcement Piece_back is a shortened version but not yet
designed
- Grip section of the parts in the samples has “finger features”. Desired part do not require
these feature and have the grip section to be straight. A third non-sample part provided
just to show this straight feature

3- Cocking Lever Knob

- The “non-perfect” CAD model (Solidworks) is attached

- The only customized difference between physical sample and the attached “non-perfect”
CAD model is the “ZF” marking on the middle.
- The knob molds over to the Cocking Lever Body & a standard split pin (4x12 DIN 1481),
in a particular assembly positioning. The representative Original H&K technical drawing
is attached (MT-631).
- The material callout at the original HK technical drawing is; Ultramid B3 WG7 ( %35
reinforced), Polyamide-6
