License Agreement for UPA-USB Device Programmer Software-S

WARNING! If you do not understand the following or will not comply with

you are not allowed to install or use this product and must immediately
remove it from
your system. By installing or using this software you indicate your
agreement with the
following terms.

This license statement and limited warranty constitutes a legal

agreement ("License Agreement")
between you (either as an individual or a single entity) and ELRASOFT
EOOD for
the software product ("Software") identified above.

1. Grant of License:
REGISTERED VERSION
One registered copy of this software may either be used by a single
person who uses
the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a
single workstation
used non simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

2. Disclaimer:
ELRASOFT EOOD provides the accompanying software "as-is", without
warranties of any kind,
including the implied warranty of fitness or merchantability for any
particular purpose.
ELRASOFT EOOD here in expressly disclaims all warranties on this
software, either express
or implied. ELRASOFT EOOD may not be held liable for any damages,
incidental or
consequential, occuring from the use of the accompanying software, even
if she has been advised
in advance of the possibility of such damage.

3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble
this software in any way, including changing or removing any
messages or windows.

4. Copyright
The copyright and intellectual property rights of this software and its
documentation and packaging are owned by ELRASOFT EOOD and are
protected by the copyright laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and
international intellectual property right treaties. Therefore, you may
not copy any portion of this software in any form, except to use this
software in accordance with the terms of this agreement or to make one
copy for backup purposes. You may not alter the software in any way. If
copies of the documentation must be made, you should make them in
printed form only.
