Preparing projects timing schedules

Create monthly projects priorities’ list through departmental heads’ engagements

Track tasks progress and update timing schedules

Use departmental data and procured materials to arrange departmental project priorities

Supply manufacturing with rough-cut capacity requirement planning

Improve planning systems

Plan to optimise output and meet demand

Provide “what if” capacity and schedule analysis for resource constraints, and new project

Plan to minimise effects of resource constraints

Reschedule backlogs daily, and prioritise and expedite as needed to catch up

Plan with production supervisors and managers for optimal efficiency to meet deadlines

Meetings scheduling

Projects & Resource Related

Project tracking and tracing – orders and materials

Track material delivery, react accordingly and follow up

Meeting recording/minutes capturing

Communicate regarding schedule adjustments

Analyse customer status reports; identify and resolve issues

Ensure delivery terms are met and that correct documentation accompanies consignments

Resolve material challenge to allow tasks progress flow

Update clients on progress status on a weekly bases

Customer liaising

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in projects planning and coordination

Advanced experience with Microsoft Project Professional 2016 or higher

Advanced computer literacy especially Microsoft Office


Mechanical Engineering diploma or higher

Must be able to read mechanical and electrical drawings

Steel work experience

Planning Experience in the Manufacturing Industry (Bespoke manufacturing solution)

Manufacturing industry experience (Machine building & robotics an advantage)

Advance knowledge and experience of ERP and CRM systems

Projects administration experience
