A US Company should consider hiring offshore talent from your country.

My country South Africa, being a third world country means we have a low labor cost, but that does not
mean that our quality of work is also low. Filipinos are easy to train.

Once you hire me you will not have a hard time teaching me what we need to learn to be productive in
our work. I am also very friendly by nature; I easily get along with other people which is vital in working
with a team. You will seldom hear me complain, and oftentimes would help

our bosses or colleagues in any way they could. I believe that hiring friendly staff will add value

to the company because our positive disposition can enthusiastically affect your business

process.

With regards to my personal qualifications, as you can see in my resume, I have been working

for more than 10 years now in different industries, but what I think sets me apart from other

candidates and will make me a valuable addition to the team is my ability determination and

resiliency with the new challenge. I am very optimistic person and do not want to focus with

negativities that surrounds me. I am also very resourceful when doing my work. Resourceful in a

way that would make my jobs easier. It is also very important to me that my client is happy with

my work not because of the salary that I get from them, but it is because I value their trust and

as much as possible, I want to do my job right the first time. That is why I am very detail-oriented

person. Having attention to details means no room for mistakes.

To sum it up, hiring offshore staff like me would be an advantage to US companies because they

need fresh perspectives, different from their traditions. And because I have a different

background maybe I have a work ethics that is new to them which I could also share and

somehow add to their profitability. I am talking about diversity which I believe is one of the keys

to success for any business nowadays.
