1. Tell me something about yourself?

I am graduate of Accountancy at University of Perpetual help system, Isabela Campus.

I am currently working po as a Branch Manager/ Appraiser at RD pawnshop Inc. My job covers
the control of the day to day transactions and operations. I am also responsible for the proper
handling of cash collections and other transactions. My experience here is much closer to the
job vacancy you are looking to fill that is I immediately passed my resume.
2. Reason for leaving the job
I believe po na I have learned a lot in my current role but I’m still looking for more opportunities
po for career growth and professional development which is also aligned from my degree and
current experience.

3. What is your weakness

Honestly po I am an introvert and I tend not to talk to a lot of people, but this changed when I
started working po as a teller, because part of my job I have to communicate to different people
with different kinds of attitude and in the long run I have developed na po my communications skills.
Though I still in the process of improving this thing that I consider my weakness, being prone to
customer related transactions have helped me a lot. And with this job I know po na this Is a great
opportunity for me to hone this skill and make it a strength.
