1. What can you contribute to the company?

I can help the company in a variety of ways." First and foremost, I am a quick learner and
worker. I am confident that my abilities and knowledge will enable me to complete my tasks
effectively. Second, I will quickly adapt to the position that you will assign to me and fit in with
the other employees, working at a high pace to ensure you see a positive return. Finally, I am
very skilled at approaching others. My goal in this position is to learn a lot from those who are
willing to help me and to collaborate with my colleagues to perform a better job.

2. What are your weaknesses?

I have couple of weaknesses. The first is my unwillingness to share responsibilities.  The
second is to be patient while working on group projects. I want to be in control. I don't put my
trust in others to do work that I know I can do best. So, when I have to share a task, I lose
patience if I assume the other person isn't doing it correctly. I've already discussed these flaws
with myself because I'd like to improve it. Now I'm working on my patience. I'm doing my best
to practice mindfulness and accept my current situation. Even if it is unpleasant for me, I would
try to accept my present situation. But that doesn't mean I shouldn't try to make a difference.

3. What are your strengths?

My ability to pick things up quickly and my eagerness to learn. As a former varsity player, I
would embrace extra responsibilities because I believe they are opportunities to learn more,
put your talents to good use, and acquire new skills. Also, I am a very hard worker; I was
competitive in my academics and continue to grow and train tirelessly in my basketball career.

4. Are you a team leader?

Yes, I recognize and value the fact that working in a team environment is both productive and
efficient. I used to be a member of a basketball team for many years, so I know how to
compromise, respect others, and listen to the needs of my teammates. While I can lead when
needed, I can also play an equal role on the team when the situation calls for it.

5. How do you handle stress?

Working under pressure has taught me how to prioritize and balance my workload, which I
believe is sometimes a good thing. I once had three very important assignments due in the
same week, as well as basketball leagues to play in, but I completed each assignment on time
because I meticulously organized and planned how I would approach each project. I was able to
avoid stress entirely due to my planning, prioritization, and time management.

6. What is your edge among other applicants?

My personality, I believe, is an advantage for me. Perhaps I may not have as much experience
as the other applicants. However, I am always hopeful and enthusiastic, and I bring a lot of
positive energy to the office. In my experience, I can lift my teammates' emotions, and simply
having me around helps with productivity, because when people feel good and enjoy their time
at work, they always manage to accomplish more. I hope you will give me the chance to prove
my words on the job, and I am confident you will not be disappointed.
7. How do you see yourself five years from now?
I envision myself eventually becoming a hardworking seafarer with a better position in a
reputable shipping company. Along the way, I hope to learn even more about my working skills
shipboard. I want to continue to deepen my learning skills. I want to learn how to do my deck
duties more efficiently so that I can make an even bigger impact, including being promoted at
work.

8. Why should we hire you?

have also worked tirelessly on my communication and teamwork abilities, which I will use as a
future seafarer in your company if I am selected for the position. I have given my 100% effort in
all of my previous work experiences, and this allowed me to recognize my strengths and
weaknesses. If I channel them further, they will yield successful outcomes for me and your
prestigious company. My communication skills are excellent, which allows me to relay critical
information to crew members. I also recognize the significance of adhering to protocol when it

from individuals around me, especially those with more experience than me.

way of life. I committed myself to basketball. My experiences successfully lead me to join the
varsity team of a prestigious university. My accomplishments have overwhelmed me.
Despite this, I am a goal-oriented person who focuses on things that will give me purpose. I
learned to be responsible because I was away from my family since I was in high school. I
always manage my time because being a student athlete is not that easy. I used these skills that
I learned from my past experiences today. Moving forward, I believe that my skills help me to
work hard for my chosen career and lead me to success.

13. Would you be available to work extra hours if needed?

I am willing to do so because I am aware that the workload here can be heavy at times. Of
course, in an ideal world, I would be able to manage my workload during normal working hours.
And you can be certain that I do not intend to waste time at work and will make every effort to
eliminate all distractions. But I am aware that, despite my best efforts, I may struggle to simply
complete the task. In such a case, I am willing to work extra hours.

14. Tell me about your primary responsibility?

My ambition is to become a better seafarer and to concentrate on my career so that I can meet
my personal needs. The first thing I would do is make certain that I can complete my task
effectively. To ensure the safety of the work area on which I am currently working. It is my
responsibility to pay close attention to the instructions given to me so that I can complete my
task correctly and in accordance with the proper guidelines. It is my responsibility to complete
my work on time and with a successful outcome.

model. I strive to approach problems in creative ways, which I believe qualifies me for this
position in your company.

16. Do you enjoy interacting with the public?

I enjoy interacting with others, especially when I know it will have a significant impact on
myself. I used to hang out with a lot of people because I was an athlete. I used to interact with a
variety of people. To interact with and bond with others, you must have better communication
skills. Because each of us has a unique personality, it is critical to understand how to interact
with others. I always remember to speak properly to others so that I can demonstrate to them
that I am approachable. I always cultivate positive relationships with others so that they feel at
ease speaking with me.
