ACADEMIC HONESTY STATEMENT

This is to certify that I have read and understood the academic honesty and plagiarism policy of
Misamis University which states the following:
"It shall be the duty of the student to uphold the academic integrity of the school, endeavor to
achieve academic excellence and abide by the rules and regulations governing his academic
responsibilities and moral integrity." 
(Article V, Section 1 of the Constitution and By-laws of MU Central Student Council)  

"Cheating during examination, quiz, or test. The following acts shall constitute cheating:
xxx

Passing as one's own work, any assigned report, term paper, case analysis, reaction paper and the
like when copied from others." 
(Article VIII, Section 13 (1.1) of the 2014 Student Handbook) 

Further, I am aware that copying the works of others without attribution and making them as my
own constitutes plagiarism and is considered a major offense in the University which warrants
either suspension, dismissal, dropping, or expulsion from the University. 

Finally, I certify that my submitted output, Final Exam, was done to the best of my ability and
not copied from others whether in some portions or as a whole except those properly
documented or cited.
