1st Merit list of Reserved seats for P.U.T Evening class session 2019-2024.
The following candidates on F.Sc Basis have been Provisionaly selected for admission to Doctor of Pharmacy
(Pharm.D.) 1st. Professional Evening Class Session 2019-2024; against Reserves seats for P.U.Teachers (Evening)
subject to the following conditions.
1 Any Canidate who is found at any time to have obtained admission by making any mis-statement in the
admission form or by willful concealment of any material fact (particularly about marks, division, previous
admission to the department or employment, expulsion, conviction etc.) shall be removed from the roll of
the university.
2 At the time of admission they will submit(i) 15 P.P size photographs, (ii)Medical Certificate for mental &
physical fitness from any M.B.B.S physician), original documents (Matric , F.Sc. Certificate / result card &
Domicile, NOC from candidates other than Lahore board) & 5 sets of F.Sc & Matric result card
photocopies. An stamp paper of Rs.50/- for Affidavit bearing text given.

3 Students shall pay their dues in the university through Accountant of the Account Office upto
07-11-2019 after obtaining necessary bank challan forms during office hours that is 4:00pm & submit the
original paid Bank Challan in the Admission Office after this, their admission will be confirmed / completed
(Provisionally). Those who do not deposit their dues within this period shall lose their right to admission.

4 The University reserves the right to correct any typographical error, omission etc.
