LIVELIHOOD ASSISTANCE

As included in the Programs, Activities and Projects of the office of the Provincial
Cooperative and Enterprise Development, Ms. Lolobeth Mendez and Sylvia Flores of
Entrepreneurship Division led by Mr. Roel P. Dolaypan under the Provincial
Cooperatives and Enterprise Development (PROCEDE) Office conducted assessments
on livelihood assistance request forwarded by the office of the Governor.
100% of forty-one (41) request for Financial Assistance was assisted. Twenty seven
(27) from the request was approved and released checks ranging from ₱5,000.00 -
₱250,000.00 with a total of check release amounting to ₱645, 000.00, nine (9) request
related to OFW Livelihood Assistance was endorsed to Department of Trade and
Industry and was awarded with grocery packs. Unfortunately, as per recommendation in
the assessment and validation of their Livelihood Financial Assistance request, nine (9)
request was disapproved.
As much possible, the Entrepreneurship Division wishes to approve all request but as
person entrusted to assess and validate Livelihood Financial Assistance Request by the
Good Governor, Ms. Mendez and Ms. Flores see to it that they are doing their job with
fairness and transparency.
