One hereby notices the Court that one (your name not in capital) a living
man is the Executor office occupant of the Cestul Que Vie Trust of (your
name in capital). According to Title 26 §303 & §7701, companies,
corporations, and associations and trusts are all decedents. This means my
all capital letters name is a legal estate. My all capital letters name falls into
this class. One directs all of the affairs and financial affairs of (your name in
capital, Estate) to the Executor Office.

One is also providing a copy of ones registration of fictitious name filing as

evidence of the courts lacking jurisdiction. This also shows the all capital
name as my property of a fictitious entity registration and showing the fraud.
 As Executor office occupant for the Cestul Que Vie Trust (your name in
capital), one hereby appoints the Jude/Magistrate and the plaintiff to the
offices of the Trustees under the “Power of Appointment Act”, As Executor
one is collapsing the said trust and that there is no value.

All Attorneys involved are acting as private debt collectors according to

the FDCPA (Title 15 USC § 1692). I hear by fire any and all court appointed
Attorneys involved in this action.

I hereby direct the Court, as my appointed fiduciary Trustee, to notify

local agents and agencies to put me on a “do not disturb or detain list” so
that we do not have to go through this again.

I hereby direct the Court to DISMISS AND DISCHARGE the action at

hand.

One desires to remain confident that the Court and officers to follow the
law, and perhaps were unaware of the processes of civil and criminal cases
and that the public policy enforcers are ignorant of the aforementioned facts
regarding the often-erroneous administration of the (ALL CAPS
NAME,Estate) Cestul Que Vie Trust.

One expects no further harassment from rogue unregistered foreign

agents and public policy enforcers acting under color of law.
