SETTING:
The story is set entirely in New York City. Precious was an abandoned child. She
was found by a man named Mike who raised her since the day she was found along
the Bronx Park road near the New York Botanical Garden. It was January 7, 1998,
when Precious was adopted by Mike. Precious studied in some famous and well-
known universities since in the lower grade. At the stage College level, she decided
to study at a private Jesuit research university in New York City called Fordham
University.

PLOT:
On January 7, 1998, a 35 years old man named Mike found an abandoned child
along the Bronx Park road near the New York Botanical Garden. Mike decided to
call the Local Foster Care Agencies to address his concern about the child. Social
Workers were busy tracing the parents of the child but after 90 days, the child was
declared abandoned and was eligible for adoption. Mike adopted the child and
named Precious Charish. Mike is an independent man and more focus on his
business. He had no child and family. His parents were deceased and he’s an only
child. At first, Mike raised Precious Charish in a good way, he spoils Precious and
gives everything that Precious Charish needs in everyday living.
At the college level, she decided to take up Political Science as her Pre-law course.
Mike continuously provides Precious’s needs. For the first semester as a freshman
college student, she was enlivened and engrossed to study. She continuously got
the grades she wanted to have. Second semester was when she was confused at all
times because Mike often came home in their house. She was scared that she
wouldn’t be able to pay her tuition fee for that semester. Mike had been cold to her
and whenever he came home, he acts furious. Her professors had been so strict and
not considerate at all times. Precious was good at her academics since in the lower
to middle grade not until she entered college. Her personal problems got worse, she
often attended classes. One night, he entered an exclusive and hideously expensive
Disco Bar. The music where loud and the room were field with colorful lights
