GUIDE QUESTIONS:

1. Until to what extent does Power Generation using Hydraulic Mechanism at speed
bumpers in highly congested roads and highways reach the demand of electricity
shortage in Surigao del Norte and Dinagat Province?
2. How do the costs for Power Generation using Hydraulic Mechanism at speed
bumpers in highly congested roads and highways fairly satisfy the kWh rate
compare to other electric cooperatives?
3. How have economic, political and social factors affected the Power Generation
using Hydraulic Mechanism at speed bumpers in highly congested roads and
highways contribute to the government along Surigao del Norte and Dinagat
Province?
Statement of the Problem:
There is an increased risk of power interruption incidents in Surigao del Norte and
Dinagat Province particularly in place considered as rural areas. It is caused by
several factors such as maintenance activities, emergency conditions, upgrade of
equipment and facilities worst case scenario is electricity shortage. Hence, in our
project we propose to establish reliable source of electricity utilizing highly congested
roads and highways to be our primary variable in conducting the whole design.
Integrating the idea of hydraulics would enable as the backbone in achieving the main
scientific approach.
Statement of the Hypothesis:
There is no significant relationship between electric cooperatives and Power
Generation using Hydraulic Mechanism at speed bumpers in highly congested roads
and highways project in terms of service accountability.
