Dear Mr. Balanza,

I am writing to you on behalf of my client, Mr. Wally Bayola,

with respect to his property located in Palaypalay, Jalajala, Rizal. It
has come to our attention that your company made excavations and
placed cable wires underground on the said property without my
client’s consent.

As much as we understand the importance of

telecommunication infrastructure in a third world country like the
Philippines, we believe that such efforts must be made by going
through proper and legal procedures. What your company had done
to my client’s property is blatantly illegal and prejudicial to my
client’s rights as the landowner.

We are hereby giving your company fifteen (15) days from

receipt of this letter to contact my client on the following numbers
092XXXXXX and 02 8XXXXXXX, otherwise we will be constrained
to institute the appropriate civil and criminal cases against you.
