eligibility for being appointed as statutory auditors of M/s. First Line Healthcare Private Limited till
the conclusion of First Annual General Meeting. We give our consent for being appointed as statutory
auditor of the company.

Further, in pursuance of requirement of section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rule 4 of
