Dear Sir or Madam,

I strongly believe that my professional and educational background, as well as my enthusiastic commitment to engineering makes me a
strong candidate for a possible position as a technician in International trade at your company.

I am a former Structural Engineer currently living in Dubai under my husband’s visa. I moved to the UAE more than 3 years ago from
London with my husband during which time we had our two sons that are currently able to go to nursery as well as being left under the supervision of
our nanny. I am very eager to return to the professional world and pick it up were I left off in London.

During the years I worked as a Structural Engineer in the UK (Aberdeen and London) I developed my planning and communication skills, by
having to coordinate with clients, architects, contractors and other designers. Working in a medium size company gave me the opportunity to take
ownership of several projects which allowed me to provide solutions to unknown situations and adapt the project to them. During the years I spent in
the world of academia I developed strong coordination and organisation skills, that in combination with a meticulous quality it moulded me as a
person able to manage time and resources with efficiency.
I love my profession as a Structural Engineer, but now as a mother of two little boys working in the construction will not leave me much
time to enjoy their company and attend their needs. They are the main reasons that is leading me to change careers and look for a role that will allow
for a better work-life balance. I truly believe that I could give and also gain so much from this new profession.

Travel is necessary to relax and to know more about owner world
and building ourselves. Speaking from myself, I dream of being able to
travel to Egypt one day. I have been dreaming with that all my life but in
the one hand due to the money and on the other hand due to my
responsibilities I has not yet get this goal. Moreover, currently there are
other reasons that makes this kind of travel dangerous, so I have to wait
for it.
IDEA 1
Concerning to the kind of travel that I prefer, I consider that go in a
beach holidays is fairly boring because I think that it is a waste of time
just take sunbaths, It is not my cup of tea.
However, a package tour could be too stressful as well as interesting.
You can visit a lot of sights but you are constantly looking at the clock
and carring on the luggage from hotel to hotel.
IDEA 2
Taking in consideration all I said before, I strongly believe that the
perfect travel is a cruise where you have the best of both world. You
could be relaxing in a pool, spa o jacuzzi and at the same time you could
enjoy with all kind of spectacles and activities. Moreover, you could visit
interesting places and cultures. No matter if you travel alone to know
and proof yourself (which I Think that everybody should do that at least
once a life) or if you travel with your family, it’s the best way.
SPEAKING ABOUT TRANSPORT In a travel, choose a good transport is
really important. I consider the plane faster than other, nevertheless I
feel, by far, safer with a train. Moreover train is more confortable
because you have more space, you can walk during the trip and use
computers and mobiles without pressure changes. All that enjoying with
the views, in contrast, by plane you only see clouds thought it is a
beautiful point of view too.
If you are speaking about a small trip, I prefer my own car than public
transport. It is more confortable, faster and you have more flexibility
with the route.
TO SUM UP
Whatever you choose for travel what is really important is the spirit
which you travel that could make the experience unforgettable.

INTRO
It is often said that we can not believe anything we read o listen in the
news. It is true that any media sectors are influenced for politics or try
to increase their audience sharing morbid news.
IDEA 1
But It is important to have a critical thinking and try to extract the
real unbiased new, search what is a reliable source of information
and avoid the fake news. I strongly believe that it is really important
to be informed of de breaking news but sometimes the media give
us too much details and invade the privacy of people, all to get go
viral.
IDEA 2
Speaking for myself I try to pick the latest news in tweeter because I
don’t have a lot of times so it is a good sum up of headlines from
newspapers. I try to compare in different sources of information and
once a week I spend more time readings online newspapers,
normally at weekend. Probably within ten or twenty years physical
newspapers won’t exist as we will read all our news online.
Therefore, (TO
SUM UP) what is sure is that the media have a big influence in our day
to day life and due to this fact we should to keep a constantly a critical
thinking and educate our children in this.
