THE PUBLIC ORDER ACT
(Cap. 56)
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 8(1) of the
Public Order Act, and in view of the serious threat posed to national
security and public order by the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, the
Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Co-ordination of National
Government makes the following Order–
THE PUBLIC ORDER (STATE CURFEW) ORDER, NO. 2 OF 2021
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Order (State Curfew) Citation.
Order, No. 2 of 2021.
2. This Order shall apply to the entire territory of the Republic Application.

based violence survivors.
