Where do you start in acting
Do you want to be an actor and don’t know where to start?
Being an actor is a confusing journey since it is long and there is waiting and patience.
You can find assistance by reading this essay, helping you find your way, from the start until
the end.

You might ask, what are the steps of being an actor. Jump into the theater in high school.
The path to acting careers can actually begin in high school plays and musicals. ; Get
experience outside of school. ; Get educated. Practice makes perfect. ; Build up an acting
resume. ; Hire an agent. https://www.learnhowtobecome.org/actor-or-actress/

To become an actor, try and begin at a young age, go to the theater at school, see what
the process is about. Then attempt to get more education about the subject. Go to acting
school, educate yourself about acting. Practice, keep trying to get Little roles. Until you
get a bigger opportunity, possibly your school will provide you a resume, or make you do
one. If everything until now goes right. hire an agent she/he will help you get roles, big or
small. You will not need to try and get an opportunity. Maybe you will be but wait and see
if you got a role. There will be callbacks, it will be tough, but if it’s your passion you will
probably be glad to wait.

When you are playing a role keep in mind these important steps:

1. Who am I? 2. Where am I? 3. When is it? 4. Where have I just come from? 5. What
do I want? 6. Why do I want it? 7. Why do I want it now? 8. What will happen if I don't
get it now? 9. How will I get what I want by doing what? 10. What must I overcome?
Keep these questions in mind so you can understand your character better. Putting yourself
as the character, that’s what you need to do in acting.

There is also the possibility of not going to school. Here is a quote from a famous
Actor, Amy Stewart. “I also decided that if I was going away to school, I should study
something other than theater since I had spent so much of my childhood immersed in it. It
was good to take four years to be around young people who weren’t trying to make it in
Hollywood, but we’re really interested in a whole variety of subjects. It opened my mind
to a lot more than just the world of 90210. I studied my tail off in school in classes that
had nothing to do with acting. In the long run, I think that made me a better actress.”- Amy
Stewart. In this paragraph, we learn that this actor (Amy Stewart) didn’t go to acting
school and still is a very big actor. Sometimes you don’t even need to go to acting school.

From the following paragraph, we discovered that some famous people didn’t even go
to acting school. Some other actors that did the same as Amy Stewart: Jim Carrey;
Cameron Diaz; Johnny Depp; Christian Bale; Jennifer Lawrence; Natalie Portman; Heath
Ledger; Henry Cavill; Russel Crowe. www.Brightside.me

Acting is long, can be annoying. But as long as it is if you love it you should stick with
it. There are also ways that you don’t even NEED to do.
