HBO Max Login Instructions for

Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailers

This document contains the instructions and details to log in to HBO Max via the app or a browser on supported devices
within Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailers. Initial login and account maintenance should be performed by the store
principal, and these instructions should not be distributed otherwise.

1. Open the HBO Max app on your phone or tablet or go to HBOMax.com on your computer.
2. Do one of the following:
o Phone: Tap the Profile icon and then the Sign In link.
o Computer: Choose Sign in (upper-right corner).
3. Choose Sign in Through TV or Mobile Provider .

4. Choose WarnerMedia Guest from the list of providers.

5. Enter the email and password provided to you and click Sign In.

6. You’ll be prompted to create a HBO Max account. Please use the first name, last name, and email provided to you
to create the account.

7. Choose who’s watching to enter the app.

8. Click on the first name in the top right corner, and then choose Account when the menu opens.

9. Click Edit to add the password provided to you to the account. To add the password, you will need to enter the
password, click OK, and then add the password.
