Significations in Hora Shastra- transcendental approach

There are six kinds of significations elaborated in BPHS which are the basics.

Just at random I refer to BPHS [Khemraj Mumbai edition] and my eyes fixed at house
signification where it is said that 1H is ‘aatam karaka’, the consciousness of ‘atmaa’.
Yes Sage had profound knowledge of Vedanta. Physical heart is Chandra the 4th house,
‘atmaa’ of this heart the conditional soul is 5th house karaka is Sun, consciousness
‘praana’ of this ‘atma purush’ is 1st house, karaka is Sun and ‘param purush’ the
Supreme Being is 9H, karaka is Jupiter. So to know this param purush we have first to
know the atman and to know the atman we have to check the senses through
consciousness, the utmost difficult task to master. So sages were living in isolation. All
our senses are extrovert by nature i.e. by default to select what is good i.e. the true
nature of ‘atman’ and what is bad i.e. to experience the maya. This ‘dvandva’ is always
going on and when we are near god for few moments we try to be spiritual and rest of
the hours maya consumes us overpowering the ‘ataman-param purush’. But wise and
learned knows the true nature of ‘atman’ and by knowing it they reach the ‘parabrahma’
and ‘atma’ submerge in it. This judicious chance is given only to humans where this
number is the least. So ‘atma’ is ‘paramaatma’ inhabited as consciousness the path of
moksha and ‘maya’ is paapa purusha habited below the ‘atma-heart’, the sixth house of
‘shad ripu’-six weaknesses. To fight this ‘paapa purush’ i.e. shad ripu we have to
increase our ‘shad sampat’-six strengths, the 10H of karma. How to know the true
nature of atma and to submerge with parmaatma is duly explained in Vedanta. Vedanta
comprises of Upanishads, Brahma Sutra and Gita. All other shahstra like Patanjali Yoga
Sutra, Yoga Vaashistha, Purana etc are just a supportive and they are not Vedanta
please note. Too many thoughts coming in mind but I stop here…. you may have your
preference to follow this is just my one view only …
